The Copper Country Humane Society would like to thank owner Kent Wilkinson and Chef Mark Jalkanen for hosting the Greek Buffet dinner at Armando’s Restaurant on March 5th.
We deeply appreciate the fact that all money collected went to CCHS. Also a great big thank you to Lacey Raffaelli, Casey Tourtillot, Amber Fetter, Jonathan Luckett, Thomas Peterson, Colin Van Laanen and Rachel Antvetink who did an exceptional job of serving and preparing a large variety of Greek foods.
A tip of the hat to Rowe Furniture, Vollwerth’s, NAPA Auto Parts, Downtowner Lounge, Crown Cleaners and Laura Gloss for their generous donations for the raffle. Thank you to Eagle Radio, WMPL and The Daily Mining Gazette for advertising this wonderful event. Last, but not least, thanks to the Armando’s patrons who purchased all of the 125 seats to the event almost a week in advance. All who were there were treated to an exceptional meal.
