In May of 2011, my then 3 year old son asked to go to Daisy Hill Puppy Farm, he wanted to buy a beagle (I think he got that from a Charlie Brown cartoon). So we went to the Humane Society, not specifically looking for a beagle, but it only took my son and a Beagle named Glenda (now Snoop), moments to find each other. She was a perfect fit four our family!
In May of 2012, we decided Snoop needed a sister. We looked on Copper Country Humane Society’s web page, and right away saw a beautiful little Beagle named Paula. We went to see her, and took her home. She is such a sweetheart, she and Snoop became instant buddies.
They each have their own kennel, but they both squish into the smaller one. Cuddlers!
These two dogs and my young sons are the perfect playmates for each other. There could never be a better fit for us!
